Bracelet Care & Sizing

1. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF THE BEADED BRACELETS?

Our beaded bracelets are handmade with all-natural stones and durable nylon or top-grade stretch rope.

To ensure they last:

  • These pieces are very durable and can handle most things, but if you want to keep them looking their best, this is how. Avoid chemicals, We do not advise our customers to go into the shower with the bracelet.
  • If you wash your hands, please be careful with soap on the bracelet. It can chemically react to the silver/gold. Nothing will happen if you take it on and off every day, pat dry after getting wet. Also, nothing will happen if it's in touch with water only!

Storage:

  • the best thing is to store your bracelet in small cloth bags or box. All Beadsecret items come with a Beadsecret pouch and box that you can store your bracelet in.
  • Advice on cleaning your bracelet at home: regular universal cloth.

Shipping & Returns

1. HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPMENT TAKE?

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days if you have provided a wrist-size as well as a valid address, it is then prepared for shipping.

Depending on your region, we offer standard shipping and expedited shipping, please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address. For more information you can have a look at our shipping policy.

2. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER / IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

For all Beadsecret bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.beadsecret.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible.

For a refund, we accept bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. For more information you can have a look at our Return & Refund Policypage.

3. I WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE?

Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage and the tag needs to be attached.

The fastest way of making the exchange is to return the bracelet that you currently have. As soon as it arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $15 restocking fee). In the meantime, you can purchase the bracelet you like :) Please send an email to service@beadsecret.com for proper assistance.

4. HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TO PROCESS?

All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

1. I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER A WHILE AGO, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN/HEARD ANYTHING.

Please check your email (and the spam inbox).

Sometimes we reach out to you if we see the wrist size has not been submitted at the order. We also reach out to you when we want to confirm the wrist size/address.

2. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER.

After placing your order, it usually takes about 3 business day (Bracelet processing period) to fulfill the order and begin the shipping process. This excludes all weekends and holidays. For more information about this process, you can read the confirmation email you have received.

Track your orders.

When your bracelet is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. If you didn't receive a track and trace code, it is possible the email ended up in the spam folder. If this is also not the case, please send an email to service@beadsecret.com so we can track your order for you and give you all the details regarding its status.

If your item has left our warehouse and you have received your tracking number please contact the mail carrier for any address changes or questions regarding tracking.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you are still shopping and have not hit the "Submit Your Order" button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary.

We want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it immediately after you place it. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking the 'Pay Now' button on payment page.

1. DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORE?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents or outlets yet. It is very easy and safe to order our products online though!

2. COVID-19 RESPONSE

The health and safety of colleagues and the wider community is our priority. We have been working hard on a safe way to satisfy our customers. We have enhanced our safety measures, following the government guidelines to maximize protection.

At this time, customers can continue shopping with us, but we are letting them know deliveries may take a little longer to arrive than usual.

These newly adopted practices are in place to prioritize the health of our colleagues and our customers as we gradually restore our full service.

3. ARE PURCHASES SUBJECT TO DUTIES & TAXES?

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Beadsecret.com. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

The customs are a government agency that can apply taxes on imports (and, sometimes, on exports) by the customs authorities of a country to raise state revenue.

Duties on imports are important for the domestic economy, most countries apply those on all imports, however goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

If you are ordering from abroad, please contact your local customs office for the latest information on your countries tax policies. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, practices, systems, laws, or rulings of every country. Therefore we cannot give advise on taxes in your country.
