Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% happy with the bracelets purchased at www.beadsecret.com, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days (starting from the day you receive the item) of delivery to request a return/refund, or exchange.
Important:
- All returned bracelets must be in its original condition and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. The items must be in their original packaging which includes pouches and boxes.
- As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus $15 restocking fee per custom bracelet and initial shipping charges).
- When returning or exchanging items, customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
- If you decide to return your purchase, you are required to return the free gift as well. Failure to return the free gift with your order will result in a charge of the full retail price of the free gift item.

- Beadsecret reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.

If you are returning your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days of the request approval.
We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
